The unit is shipped unassembled. This allows them to package the springs separately making it easy to change them for shipping. |

Assembly is simple and quick. First, un-box everything and account for all the parts. Always read and follow the factory instructions.

The threaded sleeve has a collar inside. This is the top. |

Thread the collar onto the sleeve with the shoulder down. |
 |
Slide the sleeve with the shoulder up to and over the wider shoulder on the shock body. |

The smaller spring (the tender) goes on first. |
 |
The black slider goes on next. Face the large end down. Then place the main spring onto the black slider. |

The shoe slips over the rod and seats on the bottom of the rod. Turn the collar on the sleeve and seat the spring into the shoe. Turn a few more turns to put some tension on the assembly. |

Here is the completed assembly. Once on the vehicle you can adjust the lift of the shock to adjust for level, or change in weight. |
