As my Tacoma is not a daily driver, I had noticed that the Optima battery was starting to get a bit weak and was not holding a charge like it used to. I was told that a good maintainer could not only keep it topped off while not in use, but could also maintain my old battery and help bring it back to like. I decided to give the BatteryMINDer a try, and I was not dissapointed. |

This is everything
that came in the box. Its very simple to hook up and use.

It also with
an onboard desulphator, which you leave on the vehicle connected to the
battery all the time. You can easily plug the charger into
it to keep it topped off when not in use and you can check the battery
condition at any time with the push of a button.

Before I started
using it on my old Optima battery, this is what the battery was showing.
I drove the truck then let it sit for 24 hours before taking
the reading. As you can see, the battery is a bit below where
you would hope to find it and when I start the truck it was turning over
slower than it should.

After
letting the maintainer / desulphator run its course, I again drove the
truck and then let it sit for 24 hours before taking a readin a second
time. Much better now!
